  1. Cherly I see you like a good Cosmo – so do I. Here is another drink receipe that is pretty good. You may need to adjust the portions to suit you. I enjoyed your class on Saturday and have only had the opportunity to make the praline pecans. They loved them at work. My husband brought some of the caramels that I brought home from the class on Saturday to the nurses where he works and they thought they were amazing. I have plans to make some candy this holiday season, thanks to your encouragement and the class.
I hope you enjoy this drink receipe.

    Hawaiian Cosmo

    1 shot of Vodka
    1/2 shot of blue curacao
    1 shot of pineapple juice
    splash of cranberry juice

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker add ice and shake. Strain into martini glass
Garnish with fresh pineapple and cherry

Another good holiday drink receipe is

    Cranberry Margaritos

1 (10 oz) can of frozen mojito mix ( I used the mojito mix-not frozen)
3/4 cup of tequilla ( you can use Rum)
    1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp orange liqueur
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    Ice

Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender. Fill blender with ice to 5 cup level, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

  2. It must be 5:00 somewhere…right? Thank you for the great recipes that will now be shared worldwide! Cheryl
